Google’s Wonder Wheel

Today has been a very slow day, and my throat is burning, so I have probably caught a cold or something. Well, hopefully it will just go away, if I can get a good night sleep and something warm to drink, so that I’ll be back to my normal phase tomorrow.

Anyway, today I found an interesting video post by Darren Rowse at ProBlogger; How to Use Google’s Wonder Wheel to Find Topics to Write about, which I think you ought to see.

The video explains, in a straightforward way, how you can use Wonder Wheel as a powerful research tool for new post ideas. Just search for your preferred keyword and you’ll get a wheel, with your keyword in the center, surrounded by in-depth topics about that particular keyword.

So, sit back and enjoy this nice video by Darren Rowse, and grab a mouthful of creativity, to use for your upcoming blog posts.

Ken,

Besides being a great feature, there is an interesting story behind the Wonder Wheel feature. Apparently it’s based on an algorithm that was developed concurrently with PageRank in the late ’90s.

You can read about it here:
